At Harriben Granite Limited, we recognize that responsible natural resource development goes beyond extracting stone. Our vision is to build a modern granite operation that places emphasis on responsible environmental management, workplace safety, operational efficiency, and internationally recognized quality and environmental practices. As the project develops, these principles will guide how we manage our quarrying and stone-processing activities.
As a Ghanaian-owned company, HGL is committed to contributing to local economic development around our project area. We aim to create employment and skills-development opportunities for people in surrounding communities while supporting local procurement and associated businesses and services. We also plan to contribute to infrastructure and social development initiatives that can create lasting value for communities around the project.
Our long-term approach is to combine Ghana's natural resources with modern technology, international technical expertise, local ownership, and responsible community practices. Through continued development, HGL aims to build a sustainable and internationally competitive natural stone business from Ghana.
